Browser-based WebClock

The WorkForce Software WebClock is part of the employee self-service features in EmpCenter. The WebClock enables employees to punch-in, punch-out, and/or record labor distribution information. This capability automatically stamps the time from the server (adjusted for each time zone) to enable employees to quickly and easily clock in and out, anywhere they have access to an authorized browser or kiosk. The WebClock can be combined with low cost biometric readers and card swipes to increase security and create a fast entry method. This approach is also a great way to eliminate the expense of dedicated badge readers.
Browser-based Timesheets

EmpCenter includes numerous web-based timesheet formats to allow employees, managers, or timekeepers to enter employee time and labor information directly through a browser. A variety of screens are available depending on the desired input formats and collection requirements. All of the screens are fully configurable to enforce your business rules and optimized for both ease of use as well as high volume entry needs.
At no additional cost, and directly available through a web browser, EmpCenter’s web-based timesheets can be easily distributed to large user groups within your organization.
Badge & Biometric Readers

WorkForce Software offers a comprehensive array of wall-mounted badge readers, including magnetic stripe, bar-code, and HID and Wiegand Proximity readers, eliminating the need for you to rebadge your existing employees. EmpCenter badge readers instantly transmit transactions during normal business operation, and store transactions in a queue when the server or network is down.
Our biometric readers eliminate the age-old problem of employees ‘buddy-punching’ for each other. Each employee’s unique fingerprint or hand geometry is used to authenticate that person. Phone Time Entry

Ideal for organizations with mobile, field and remote employees, the phone-based interactive voice response (IVR) system easily collects employee time, labor distribution, and billing codes. Employees can also report absences, departments, and locations worked. Caller-ID technology can be used to restrict the phones/locations that employees use, and voice authentication can be used to ensure employees are not buddy punching.
